gy999 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Responsibility
gy999 believes gaming is purely for entertainment. Use our tools and policies to play in a safe, healthy, and controlled way.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is a source of fun — but without proper boundaries, it can become a problem. gy999 always puts players' mental and financial wellbeing first.
Gaming is a popular form of entertainment, but it stays healthy only when it is controlled and planned. At gy999, we want every player to enjoy gaming in a fun and safe way. That is why we provide a range of protective tools and information to help you manage your own gaming habits.
Remember, gaming is never a reliable source of income and there is no guarantee of winning on any bet. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose. gy999 provides services only to those aged 21 and above.
Important: If you feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, family, or financial situation, seek help immediately. Our support team is available 24/7 for you.
Our Protection Tools
gy999 provides several effective tools to keep players safe. By using these tools, you can stay in control of your gaming experience.
Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies if you want to increase the limit.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break for a few days, take a short-term time-out. Your account can be temporarily deactivated for 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. No promotional messages will be sent during this period.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for long-term protection. This option allows your account to be closed for a minimum of 6 months up to permanently. Opening a new account is not permitted while self-exclusion is active.
Loss Limits
Set a cap on how much you can lose within a specific period. Once this limit is reached, gaming stops automatically, protecting you from further losses.
Gaming History Review
You can view your complete gaming history at any time — how long you played, how much you deposited, and how much you won or lost. This information helps you understand your gaming habits.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact our Bengali-speaking support team. Help is available anytime via live chat or email.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
Assess yourself or someone close to you. If the following signs appear, you should seek help.
- Spending beyond your budget and continuing to game by taking on debt.
- Placing larger bets in an attempt to recover lost money ("chasing losses").
- Lying to or hiding gaming from family or friends.
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to focus on gaming.
- Repeatedly trying to stop gaming but failing to do so.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or uncomfortable when unable to game.
- Feeling the need to place increasingly larger bets to get the same level of excitement.
- Using gaming to cope with stress, anxiety, or loneliness.
- Gaming is disrupting your sleep or causing your health to deteriorate.
- Taking money from food, family, or other essential expenses to fund gaming.
If two or more of the above signs apply to you, do not delay — contact the gy999 support team. We will help you without any judgment.

The Golden Rules of Safe Gaming
Following these rules will keep gaming enjoyable at all times and reduce the risk of problems.
Set a budget: Decide how much you can afford to spend before you start gaming. Treat this money as something you are prepared to lose. Stop playing when the budget runs out.
Stick to a time limit: Allocate time in advance for each gaming session. Set an alarm and stop when the time is up.
Do not treat gaming as a profession: Gaming is purely entertainment. Every bet has an equal chance of losing. Never rely on gaming for a living.
Play with a clear head: Avoid gaming if you have been drinking, are overly tired, or are under stress. It is better to make decisions with a clear mind.
Take breaks: Take regular breaks from gaming. Make time for family, friends, and hobbies. Gaming is just a small part of life.
Keep minors away: gy999 strictly follows a 21+ policy. Never share your account details with younger members of your household.
gy999 is always committed to providing players with a transparent and fair gaming environment. SSL encryption and fair play are ensured on our platform so you can play with peace of mind.
